Lynn Davison
Executive Director
  • More than 20 years management experience in the public and private sectors focusing on housing, health, and human service needs of people with low incomes and special needs
  • Manages contracts and provides technical assistance to clients in addition to her leadership role at Common Ground
  • Particular expertise in special needs housing development, program policy and planning, and organizational capacity building
 

Walter Zisette
Technical Assistance Manager

  • Over 18 years of experience in affordable housing development, planning, program development, advocacy, policy analysis, community development and nonprofit management.
  • Worked extensively with a wide variety of primary public funding sources for housing development, including HUD, USDA, LIHTC and Washington State affordable housing programs.
  • Expertise in service-enriched housing, housing planning and program development, asset management, capital needs assessments, community development, and low-income housing tax credits.
  • Background in nonprofit management, capacitiy building, strategic planning and Board development.

Jerome Burnes

Bill Reddy

  • Has worked in housing and community development and strategic management for 16 years, both in Washington State and in Britain
  • As Executive Director of the Housing Resources Board, managed successful and efficient small housing agency.
  • Has extensive experience working with community members, clients, and elected officials to develop effective housing solutions
 

Rand Redlin

  • Owned and operated a development and construction company, handling many projects for start to finish.

Trish Roberts
Senior Developer

  • Over 20 years of experience in the technical aspects of housing development and program design, as well as experience with organizational issues
  • Trish works with local, state and tribal governments to help improve the programs they deliver.
  • National trainer for ONAP, NAHASDA, HOME, CDBG, Business Development for Nonprofits, Lead-Based Paint, and
    Construction Management.
  • Delivered HUD-sponsored workshops across the U.S. and has provided individual technical assistance to localities in 21 states.

  • Supports Common Ground's relationships with clients, vendors, government agencies, lending institutions, and individual, corporate, and government funders
  • Provides technical assistance to troubled projects through accounting system design, compliance, financial stabilization, and staff training to improve operating procedures ensuring successful administration of HUD program funds
 

Elizabeth Walker
Executive Assistant

  • Manages the organization’s annual giving campaign, grant writing, and other fundraising activities; provides research assistance to the Executive Director
  • Coordinates the design and production of Common Ground's website, marketing materials, and newsletter
