   Alder Commons is a best practice model for providing stable housing for individuals who have severe chronic mental illness, combining both housing and services in the same building.

Snohomish County recommended Common Ground for the project because of our experience in handling the financing and compliance issues involved with multiple funders. Common Ground developed a financing strategy, worked with funders to secure that financing, and provided overall project management for the development of the project.
