    Community Psychiatric Clinic, Washington State's largest provider of special needs housing for persons who are homeless and mentally ill, has been a longtime partner of Common Ground. When CPC identified a need for housing geared to mentally ill individuals capable of living independently in the community with appropriate supports, they turned to Common Ground for development services.

The resulting project emphasizes independent living in a supportive community: residents have access to onsite supportive services, case management, residential
treatment, and linkages to community services.
