Our vision is that Common Ground is recognized by its clients, employees, and colleagues as a statewide leader in the creation and preservation of low-income and special needs housing. Our commitment to our mission, the competency of our staff, and the excellent quality of our service is well known. Many more low-income individuals and families are living in decent, affordable housing as a result of our efforts. People like working for us and with us.

   Our clients are community-based nonprofits, faith-based organizations, local, tribal, and state governments, public housing authorities, private developers, and banks. All of our work is directed toward people below 80% median income, with the majority benefiting people below 30% of median income. We average approximately 100 clients and 120 client projects per year.
