Common Ground brings the technical expertise and capacity
to effectively create housing opportunities that work for people with low
income and special needs.
Your contribution helps us to:
- build more permanent affordable housing units for families and individuals
- create transitional housing with supportive services for victims of domestic violence and youth
- advocate for additional housing resources at the state and local levels
- plan for additional housing units and services within a certain city or region
- grow the capacity of local organizations to own, manage, or create housing
About donating to Common Ground
- 77 cents of every dollar spent at Common Ground goes directly to mission services: preserving and creating housing for people with low incomes and special needs throughout Washington
- All donations are tax deductible.
- 100% of Common Ground's work is CRA eligible (Community Reinvestment Act)
