Common Ground works with non-profit housing organizations and housing authorities to prepare them to successfully develop, own, and operate housing for people with low-incomes and special needs. We provide the strategic and technical support needed to plan and implement effective housing programs that are tailored to community needs and respond to legislative and program requirements.
